These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bilyk Timepieces website and your purchase of any product from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

About Our Products

Bilyk Timepieces sells pre-owned, vintage, and secondhand watches. Products are used items and are sold in the condition described and photographed in the listing at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, and any warranty from the original manufacturer, if it still exists, is not provided or guaranteed by us. We separately provide the authenticity and return protections described in our Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order with us.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and will notify you if this occurs.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase, and no contract is formed until we accept and confirm your order, which we may decline for reasons including suspected fraud, inability to verify shipping information, unavailability of the item, or a pricing error.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through our payment providers. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bilyk Timepieces or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, or to use automated means to extract data from the site without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bilyk Timepieces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer located outside Canada, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement will continue to apply to your purchase notwithstanding this section.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at bilyktimepieces@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these terms limits your right to bring a claim before a court or consumer authority of competent jurisdiction where required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
