Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bilyk Timepieces. All items we sell are pre-owned, vintage, or otherwise secondhand timepieces. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Nature of Our Products

Every watch we sell is used and may show signs of age, wear, prior servicing, or cosmetic imperfections consistent with its age and history. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe the condition, functionality, and any known flaws of each watch before it is listed. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-owned item "as described," not a new item, and that minor variations from photos (such as lighting or screen display) are not grounds for a claim that an item is "not as described."

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell. If a watch you purchase from us is conclusively determined to be counterfeit or not as represented by a qualified, mutually agreed-upon authenticator, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a full refund, including original shipping costs, upon return of the item.

Return Window

You may request a return for a refund within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us at bilyktimepieces@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned watches must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, with all original packaging, boxes, papers, and accessories included. Items that have been altered, resized, damaged, or serviced by a third party after delivery may be refused or subject to a deduction reflecting the reduction in value.

Return Shipping

If a return is due to our error (item not as described, wrong item shipped, or an authenticity issue), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping returns with tracking and insurance equal to the purchase price, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

International Returns, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees paid at the time of purchase or on delivery are collected by customs authorities or their agents and are non-refundable by Bilyk Timepieces, even if the item is returned. Refunds for returned international orders cover the item price and any tax we collected; they do not cover duties or fees paid to customs authorities.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your watch arrives damaged or not functioning as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including original shipping costs, at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, items may be marked "Final Sale" in the product listing, typically due to significant discounting or a specific known condition issue disclosed at the time of sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law, such as for items that are not authentic or materially not as described.

Your Statutory Rights

If you are shopping from the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, cooling-off period, or other consumer protection that exceeds what is described above, that statutory right applies in addition to this policy and is not limited by it. Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
